STEP 1/11
Please prepare spaghetti noodles and spinach.
STEP 2/11
Add water about 5 times the weight of the noodles and add salt. The basis of Italian cooking is to add the right amount of salt when boiling noodles. 1L of water + 10g of salt + 1 ounce of oil is the formula.
STEP 3/11
If you boil the noodles with olive oil, the noodles won't stick and the water will boil quickly. Olive oil is a waste, but I think you can just add cooking oil.
STEP 4/11
When the water boils, add the spaghetti noodles and boil for about 8 minutes. When you cut it with your teeth, you can boil it with al dente that shows a little bit of the core inside.
STEP 5/11
Please strain the boiled noodles through a sieve.
STEP 6/11
While the noodles are boiling, blanch the spinach in boiling water with a little salt, rinse it in cold water and squeeze the water out.
STEP 7/11
Grind milk or whipped cream and spinach in blender.
STEP 8/11
Please change it to a pretty color.
STEP 9/11
Cover pan with olive oil and bring to a boil with commercial cream pasta sauce. I'll put finely ground spinach here
STEP 10/11
Add the boiled noodles and bring to a boil until the sauce is slightly boiled down.
STEP 11/11
Put it on a plate. That's it! There are so many black olives at home that I uploaded some.
If you add olive oil when boiling spaghetti, the noodles do not stick and the water boils quickly. When you cut it with your teeth, boil it with al dente, which shows the inner core slightly.
