STEP 1/4
Put sugar, water, and starch syrup in a thick pot and boil over low heat. Bring to a boil and simmer until sugar edges change color. If you have a cooking thermometer, boil it to 120-130 degrees.
STEP 2/4
Just before turning off the heat, add the food coloring and mix. It went in a lot, so the color came out darkIt's good for you to put a small amount of pigments, right? When breaking or grinding candy, add 5 to 6 candies, a tablespoon of water, and a tablespoon of starch syrup, and turn off the heat when it boils.
STEP 3/4
Pour it into the mold and when the top is about to harden a little after two to three minutes, wipe it with alcohol, rinse it with water, and hold it for a moment, and the ring will be fixed.
STEP 4/4
I put the ring in the silicon mold in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes and slightly twisted the mold to take it out. Even if it wasn't this frame, I thought I could scoop up a tablespoon of cornstarch (corn powder) in a heat-resistant container and shape it to pour sugar-melted water.
When wiping the pot, fill it with water, heat it over medium heat, and leave it as it is, it melts and wipes well.
