Cooking Steps

I trimmed the ends of the bean sprouts.

I cut the bean sprouts by applying strength when washing them. So that it can get tangled well with the eggs.

Boil the bean sprouts in 800 water for about 5 minutes. Put the lid on

They prepared eggs, green onions, and garlic.
STEP 5/6
When the bean sprouts are cooked, add two pieces of kelp and egg water and mix them well with chopsticks. That way, bean sprouts can be coated with egg clothes.

I seasoned it with 1,000-day salt of soy sauce. If you add a lot of soy sauce, the color becomes murky, so add just one and season with salt.
