Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Cut pork into bite-size pieces and marinate for 30 minutes or so. I seasoned it and covered it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator. You can cut vegetables like that.
STEP 2/4
Chop broccoli into bite-sized pieces and blanch with a little salt in boiling water. Blanch and rinse in cold water and drain.
STEP 3/4
Cover a heated frying pan with a little oil, then add the sliced garlic to flavor. Add the pre-seasoned pork and stir-fry. When the pork is almost half cooked, stir-fry vegetables except broccoli. When the pork and vegetables are almost done, add the stir-fried seasoning and broccoli and stir-fry slightly more to taste.
STEP 4/4
I put it on a plate and sprinkled sesame and black sesame on top.
Vegetables for stir-fry can be used in each household's refrigerator. Make the stir-fried seasoning in advance.
