STEP 1/11
Boil all the ingredients except the furun in the wine, add the furun, boil it for 2-3 minutes, and then turn off the heat. (If you boil it for a long time, the furun will dissolve and become porridge.) Soak the furun in the wine for about an hour, take it out, and drain it. (When you make syrup with water instead of wine, you'd better add more sugar.)
STEP 2/11
Put sugar in a room temperature butter and cream it by whipping.
STEP 3/11
Beat the eggs at room temperature and whip them little by little.
STEP 4/11
Put the powder in the sieve and mix lightly mix it.
STEP 5/11
I put in 1+1/2 tablespoon of poppy seed.
STEP 6/11
Place the dough in a squeezing bag in a parchment pan and squeeze it into a shape.Squeeze the furun in the middle.(I just used a spatula.)
STEP 7/11
Put the boiled furun on top.
STEP 8/11
Fill the dough, spread it flat, and pat it on the floor a couple of times.
STEP 9/11
Bake for 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 170-180 degrees.
STEP 10/11
After baking and cooling, mix the sugar and lemon juice in hot water and apply it on the cake with a brush.
STEP 11/11
As a decoration, I recycled the ingredients in the cake, such as furun, lemon peel, octagonal, and cinnamon sticks, and it looks great. If you put the leftover octagonal or cinnamon in the refrigerator, it removes the smell and smells good every time you open the refrigerator.
