Ingredients
  • Eggs
    4ea
  • dried bonito
  • Salt
  • Soy sauce
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
First, beat 4 eggs in a bowl and remove the string..Add a little bit of salt and mix it.
STEP 2/4
Boil 2 cups of water with bonito and soy sauce.
STEP 3/4
I mixed the bonito soup with eggs and filtered it out once. Boil the water in a pot, and put it in the bowl. (Actually, if you put a wrap on top of the egg, the shape is pretty because of the steam, but I just put the lid on it because of the environmental hormones.)
STEP 4/4
Steamed eggs are done if you steam it for about 15 minutes. You can add the chives at the end. You can put shrimp on top in the middle.
