Soak the deodeok in warm water for a while, remove the skin and wash it clean. When I wore sanitary gloves and used a potato knife, I was able to remove the skin easily.

Tear large leaves into bite-size pieces.

It is inconvenient to remove the skin of deodeok because of the essence.
