I measured the ingredients first.

Separate the egg whites and yolks, beat the egg whites roughly with a hand mixer, add 1/2 amount of sugar, add smooth and rich foam, beat butter and sugar, and cream the egg yolks little by little.

After creaming, add 1/2 of whipped egg whites, mix well, sift all kinds of powder, mix well, add wine-dried strawberries, pecans, chocolate minced, and lastly add whipped cream and wine, and the powder will disappear in an instantaneously.

Add whipped egg whites at the end, mix well so that the foam doesn't burst, put it in a 15cm paper pound mold, put a little bit of cooking oil on the spatula, draw a line in the center of the dough, and bake it in a 170-degree preheated convection oven for 30 minutes. After the pound cooled down, I mixed water with the liquor, heated it slightly in the microwave, and applied it to the top of the pound.

And then decorated with octagonal and walnuts, whole almonds and whole pecans, and pistachios. Some of the pistachios were chopped and sprinkled on top.
It's the size of 2 15cm paper pound molds.
