Make dough while Blanc is ripening. Add salt to sifted powder and cool butter and mix well with soboro.

When the fluffy powder is completely mixed, add the beaten egg, water, or milk, knead, and rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Push the finished dough with a rolling pin to pan it into the pit and poke holes in the bottom with a fork. Cut mushrooms and onions into small pieces and stir-fry them slightly in an oiled pan, cut ham and paprika into small pieces, cut broccoli into small pieces and blanch them slightly in salt water.

Sprinkle half of the cheese on the kishu dough and top with vegetables and ham.

Pour the prepared kishu blanc over the vegetables, sprinkle the remaining cheese, and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 25 minutes.
