STEP 1/8
First, wash the chicken stick clean, pour milk (1 cup) and soak it for about 30 minutes to remove the smell. You can easily buy chicken sticks at a large supermarket. You can also make it with wings or chicken legs. However, chicken legs are bigger than chicken sticks, so you have to cut them.
STEP 2/8
After pouring the milk, wash it in running water once, remove the water, and season it with minced garlic (0.5 tablespoons), salt, and pepper (a little). It's black and dirty because I used regular pepper powder. If you want to serve, use white pepper.
STEP 3/8
Place foil in oven pan and place seasoned chicken stick on top and bake in 180 oven until golden brown for 30 to 40 minutes. The temperature may vary depending on the oven you use. So you can bake it until it is golden brown at the right temperature for your oven.
STEP 4/8
Make orange sauce while baking in the oven. First, soak the orange in hot water, wipe the skin with a brush, remove the wax, and peel the orange thinly with a filler, and the orange peel has a bitter and very good scent. So I'm going to put it in when I make the sauce. If you are sensitive to pesticides, make sure to soak it in hot water and wipe it clean with a toothbrush and remove the wax.
STEP 5/8
And mix the ingredients to make the sauce. Orange juice (4 tablespoons) + sugar (3 tablespoons) + vinegar (3 tablespoons) + starch syrup (2 tablespoons) + oyster sauce (1 tablespoons) + hot sauce (1 tablespoons) + water (4 tablespoons)
STEP 6/8
Grease a heated pan with grape seed oil (2) and stir-fry the orange peel, pour the sauce, and when it boils, add starch water (1) to make a thick orange sauce. Starch water is made by mixing starch powder (0.5 tbsp) and water (1).
STEP 7/8
Add the roasted chicken stick and mix it with orange sauce to finish. Mix it in the sauce and bake it in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes to make it taste better.
STEP 8/8
It's a roasted orange chicken that has a great orange scent. It's glossy. It didn't smell like chicken. It was good. It's good for drinking, party food, and snacks.
