Sujebi
A drowsy Sunday... You don't want to cook lunch, do you? Make sujebi and boil it~~ It's a great dish and you can make it delicious quickly. It is a cool and savory sujebi made by boiling anchovy kelp stock.

Ingredients

  • Korean style soy sauce
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Mix flour, water, and salt to make it chewy and sticky, cover it with plastic and let it ripen in the refrigerator.
STEP 2/5
Bake anchovies in a dry pan until golden brown, add kelp, radish, green onion and water, and boil them to make broth.
STEP 3/5
Cut potatoes, zucchini, green onions, cheongyang peppers, and mushrooms into appropriate sizes.
STEP 4/5
Sift the broth and boil the potatoes first, then add the zucchini... Let's season it with soy sauce. When it boils, remove the dough from the dough.
STEP 5/5
The thinner the dough, the more delicious it is, so stretch it out and scoop it out thinly. When the sujebi is cooked, add mushrooms and green onions, and then add Cheongyang red pepper
