Cooking Steps

If you ask for beef sanjeok, they give you this hammered meat. Remove the blood from the kitchen towel well (the meat tastes dry when there is blood)

In a bowl, mix 6 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of starch syrup, 2 tablespoon of onion juice, 2 tablespoon of pineapple juice, 2 tablespoon of pineapple ingredients, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds, and pepper powder.
I used the ingredients along with the pineapple bottled soup.

Season the sanjeokgam and marinate for at least an hour or overnight

Put it on a heated pan and bake it to complete the delicious sanjeok.

You can put chives, chives, or pine nuts on top of the sanjeok that was born like this. I put pine nuts on top with chives. I should cut it at the top, right?
You can grind apples or pears and put them in.
