Jjajang tteokbokki (black bean sauce stir-fried rice cake)
It's spicy and smells like jajang tteokbokki... It's simpler and tastes better than red pepper paste tteokbokki. How about jajang tteokbokki instead of jajangmyeon on the weekend?

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Fish cakes are blanched in boiling water to remove bad ingredients. The rice cake was in the freezer, so I put it in cold water for about 20 minutes.
STEP 2/4
In 1 cup of water, 2 tablespoons of jajang powder, 1 tablespoon of red pepper paste, and 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide were dissolved, and then cabbage, rice cake, and fish cake were added and boiled. Mix it up and down so that the seasoning goes in.
STEP 3/4
When the sauce was cut into the rice cake and fish cake, they added 2 slices of cheese. It was a little spicy with red pepper paste in it, but the savory taste of cheese was added to control the spicy taste.
