Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
You can use mushrooms by peeling off the outer skin or rinsing them slightly.It's better not to wash after peeling. Mushrooms absorb all the water because they are like sponges, so the taste and aroma are all gone.
STEP 2/4
Put pine nuts between paper towels or oil paper and prepare them by rolling them once with a rolling pin. It prevents pine nuts from splashing and absorbs some oil to make clean pine nuts.

Cut the meat into big pieces and wipe the blood with a kitchen towel. If you chop it too finely, it doesn't taste good and doesn't taste good. First, marinate in 3T of minced onion, 1T of minced garlic, 3T of pear juice, 1t of ginger juice, and 1T of refined rice wine for about 20 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. You can put it in the oven or grill and bake it while applying the sauce.
For the meat, you can mix the ribs and half of the other beef parts, or you don't have to add chestnuts or jujube. For pork, add 1T of ginger juice and 1 1/2T of garlic. Not necessarily, but it's good to add apple juice instead of pear juice.
