Light yogurt scones
It's a yogurt scone with plenty of plain yogurt instead of butter. It's not heavy when it's baked quickly, it's light and soft and light.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
First, sift salt, sugar, flour, baking soda, and baking powder in a big bowl and mix them evenly. Add the dried fruit to this and mix well.
STEP 2/6
Pour yogurt into the powder mixed with dried fruits and knead it so that it does not become sticky and does not show raw powder.
STEP 3/6
When the dough is ready, let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes after sealing.
STEP 4/6
Sprinkle the rest of the dough with powder and cut it into the desired shape of 2.5 centimeters thick.
STEP 5/6
Pan the dough in a pan, spread the egg mixture two or three times, and bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
STEP 6/6
Yogurt scones are done. It's nicely cooked, right? The recipe says to add pickled raisins in rum, but I mixed cranberry and fruit mix and had pickled ones in rum, so I put them in, and they were much better because they were sweet and sour.
