Remove the skin of the pollack roe and remove only the eggs. If you make a long cut in the middle of a pollack and scratch it gently with the back of a knife, it will scratch well. Chop the onion into small pieces.

Melt the butter in a heated pan and stir-fry the onions until they are transparent.

Add whipped cream and bring to a boil.
