Making rice with chicken cutlet and curry
It's a combination of crispy fried chicken and delicious curry to make chicken cutlet curry over rice.

Cooking Steps

If you don't want to make chicken cutlet, increase the amount of chicken breast. Or you can prepare pork or beef instead of chicken breast. A handful of sheep will do.

And cut potatoes, onions, and carrots into big chunks. 2 potatoes in medium size. 1 onion in medium size. If the potatoes are large, one will do. If the onions are large, half will do.

Fold curry in 1 cup of water and mix it. These days, you don't have to mix curry, but I think it's more comfortable to mix it like this in advance. If you don't fold it in water, you have to mix it with curry little by little and mix it.
