Braised tofu and sweet and sour walnuts

Ingredients
  • Tofu
    1piece
  • Oyster sauce
  • Omija-Cheong (Omija-Cheong)
  • Sesame oil
  • Oligosaccharide
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Cut tofu into small pieces.
STEP 2/4
In an oiled pan, bake on high heat -> medium heat to crisp.
STEP 3/4
Add walnuts.
STEP 4/4
Cook it with a little oyster sauce + a little omija blue + sesame oil + a little sugar.
You can use other nuts instead of walnuts.
