[How to steam crab and eat it deliciously]
1. Dip the snow crab in tap water for about 10 minutes because it needs to be steamed after killing it.
2. Pour water into the steamer, add a little steaming beer, and bring to a boil. If you use beer or Jeongjong, you can get rid of the fishy smell and feel the fragrant taste.
3. Turn the snow crab's belly upside down to face the sky.
4. Steam over high heat for about 25 minutes in a steaming steamer. Steaming a live king crab causes the legs to fall and the crab inside the body to pour out. If you open the lid of the steamer in the middle of steaming the snow crab, the crab in the body enters the leg and turns the leg fat black. If the hot laver smells savory, it is well steamed.
5. Turn off the heat and let it simmer for about 7 minutes with the lid closed. You need to wait for it to be firm.
