Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Melt chocolate, butter, and cocoa powder in a bowl with a medium bath.

Beat in eggs slightly, then add sugar and mix for 2 minutes to dissolve.

Mix the eggs with the melted chocolate + butter + cocoa powder.
STEP 4/5
Add the cheddar powder and mix the spatula as if scooping it from the outside to the inside. Pour the dough into a mold covered with paper foil and bake it for 30 to 35 minutes in an oven preheated to 160 to 170 degrees. You can't cook it 100% perfectly. If you poke it with a skewer and it's slightly smeared, you have to take it out. When cooked thoroughly, the firmness is less chewy and dry afterwards.
STEP 5/5
If you cool it down completely after 4 to 5 hours and cut it, a chewy brownie is born. After a little bit of steam, put it in the refrigerator, harden it for about 2 hours, and then cut it off.
