Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Pour a little oil (1/2T) into the pan and stir-fry minced garlic and onions slightly.
STEP 2/5
Add sugar, rice cake, and fish cake, pour enough stock to cover the ingredients, and dissolve the red pepper powder.
STEP 3/5
When it boils, add soy sauce. (Adjust the seasoning because it's stronger when adding red pepper paste.)
STEP 4/5
Add green onion and cabbage and simmer over low heat. It's best to boil tteokbokki thickly!^^ Bring to a boil stirring occasionally to prevent sticking to the pan. Lastly, taste it and add salt and sugar.
STEP 5/5
If you have banana pumpkin puree, please add one or two tablespoons. It has a delicious taste that is different from the sweetness of sugar.^^
