Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in water and prepare them gently.
STEP 2/6
Prepare shiitake mushrooms by shredding them. Shred onions and carrots, and separate strands of enoki mushrooms.

Fry the egg garnish, shred it, and make the sauce with the amount of seasoning ingredients in advance.
