  • Korean style soy sauce

  • Red pepper powder

  • crushed garlic

  • Sesame oil

  • ground pepper

  • kelp broth

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Please use the mushrooms at home.
Remove the blood from the kitchen towel for beef bulgogi persimmon.
STEP 2/7
Remove the bottom of the shiitake and oyster mushrooms and cut them into bite-size pieces.

Chop the onions and slice the green onions and cheongyang peppers diagonally.

Grease a heated pan with sesame oil and stir-fry the beef.

Add 7 cups of kelp stock and red pepper powder and bring to a boil.
Remove the bubbles that float in the middle.

When the soup boils, add mushrooms, onions, and minced garlic and bring to a boil.

Lastly, boil it with green onions and cheongyang red pepper and season it with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Adjust the salt for the lack of seasoning.
