Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
I prepared the ripe kimchi by cutting it into small pieces and mashing the tofu.
It's better to squeeze the water out of the tofu, but I didn't remove the water because I was lazy
I thought it was too wet, so I added more flour to increase the adhesion and hold the water I've also tried salinity.
STEP 2/3
Make it round and put enough oil in a heated pan... I'll fry it's golden brown.
STEP 3/3
It's a complete tofu kimchi meatball. The shape is pretty, too... It tastes good, too!!
