Put the chopped green onions on the cutting board and chop them.
If you cut it well, it becomes finely chopped green onion, and if you cut it thickly, it becomes thickly chopped green onion. Spread the chopped green onion flat in a small zipper bag and freeze it, and use it to beat the corners little by little when necessary.

[How to sift green onions] Cut green onions into 4-5cm lengths (4-5cm length is appropriate) but do not cut them to the end. Once you take them out and cut the side up, the green onions can't dry and hit fine shreds without drying them
