STEP 1/7
The sweet potato was not a very fresh one, but peeled off the skin. Cut the shape into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 2/7
Soak it in cold water for about 10 minutes and drain some starch.
STEP 3/7
Drain on a sieve, then wipe off the water again with a kitchen towel.
STEP 4/7
Put sweet potatoes in the frying oil heated to 180 and fry it. If you stir it from time to time and fry it until it's lightly golden on all sides, it comes out well-cooked.
STEP 5/7
Now I'm going to make syrup, add black sugar to the pan, and add grape seed oil around the edges. Now melt the brown sugar over low heat.Don't stir it, but leave it alone until it melts.
STEP 6/7
When you make it with regular white sugar, boil it until the sugar melts and the light brown color turns. When you make it with black sugar, add sweet potatoes and mix it quickly.
STEP 7/7
If the sweet potatoes are dressed evenly, take them out one by one, soak them in cold water, and spread them out on parchment paper. If you soak the bottom in cold water and take it out, it doesn't stick a lot, so it's good. Please sprinkle black sesame, too.
