Please prepare sweet potatoes, shiitake mushrooms, and ginkgo. Remove the skin of the ginkgo by gently rubbing it in running water.

Remove the bottom of the shiitake mushrooms, slice them, peel off the sweet potatoes, and cut them into 2cm sizes.

Since sweet potatoes have starch, soak them in cold water to remove starch.

Wash the rice and put it in a pressure cooker with 2 cups of water.

Add sweet potatoes, shiitake mushrooms, and ginkgo.

You can cook all the ingredients perfectly with just one button if you cook sweet potato rice with a Kuku pressure rice cooker. The coating of my pot is good, so it doesn't stick. Also, because it is a detachable cover, you can clean the scent of sweet potatoes and mushrooms.
