Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
I prepared the ripe frozen kimchi by cutting it into bite-size pieces. I made the sauce by mixing 2 spoons of red pepper paste, 2 spoons of sugar, 3 spoons of vinegar, 1 spoon of sesame oil, and 0.5 spoon of minced garlic.
STEP 2/4
Put the kimchi in the sauce and mix it well
STEP 3/4
Put the noodles in boiling water and boil them until they are completely cooked by pouring cold water.
STEP 4/4
Wash the noodles in cold water, drain them, and mix them evenly in the pre-made sauce. If you mix the noodles too much, it gets sticky and doesn't taste good, so it's important to mix them well as soon as possible
