I prepared the ripe frozen kimchi by cutting it into bite-size pieces. I made the sauce by mixing 2 spoons of red pepper paste, 2 spoons of sugar, 3 spoons of vinegar, 1 spoon of sesame oil, and 0.5 spoon of minced garlic.

Wash the noodles in cold water, drain them, and mix them evenly in the pre-made sauce. If you mix the noodles too much, it gets sticky and doesn't taste good, so it's important to mix them well as soon as possible
