Ssambap lunch box
When I don't have an appetite and want to eat simply, I made a simple ssambap with ham, which is perfect for an outing lunch box.

STEP 1/4Wash lettuce clean, drain and prepare. Mix salt and sesame oil sesame seeds in a sticky rice and make a bite-sized lump.
STEP 2/4Prepare a 1:1 ratio of mayonnaise and ssamjang. Cut canned ham into appropriate sizes and bake it golden.
STEP 3/4Put rice on the lettuce, spread a little bit of ssamjang, and put grilled ham on top of it. (Since the rice is seasoned, put a moderate amount of ssamjang.)
STEP 4/4Simple yet delicious ssambap lunch box is complete. It's delicious even if it's cold, so it's perfect as a lunch box. Lettuce and ssamjang. And the combination of grilled ham is amazing. It feels like I'm eating a meat wrap? I think it would be great as an outing lunch box or a simple meal when you don't have an appetite.
