Seaweed rolls and tteokbokki
I made seaweed rolls and tteokbokki with the leftover japchae. Especially during the holidays, there's a lot of japchae left, right? Don't throw it away, make it with seaweed roll and eat it with tteokbokki. Eating it with tteokbokki makes it more delicious.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
Please prepare the leftover japchae. If you don't have japchae, boil the glass noodles, put a little bit of cooking oil in a frying pan, stir-fry various vegetables, and then stir-fry the glass noodles. Or you can just boil the glass noodles. (Please season it with a little bit of salt.)
STEP 2/13
Mix fried powder (1 cup) and cold beer (1 cup) to make fried dough. If you make fried dough with cold beer, even beginners can easily make crispy fries like fried food at snack stores. It's more crispy than ice water. Don't worry about making it because all the alcohol will fly away while frying.
STEP 3/13
Spread the batter evenly on the seaweed The japchae is a little greasy, so you have to spread the batter on the seaweed to make it stick well. Especially! Spread batter evenly on the ends.
STEP 4/13
Especially! Spread batter evenly on the ends. When you roll it, you have to press it down as if you're rolling it so that it's not loose.
STEP 5/13
Cut it in half with a knife
STEP 6/13
Roll the seaweed roll over the flour (2) and coat it
STEP 7/13
Dip it in the batter and fry it one by one in 180 oil temperature until golden brown and finish. Fry and degrease kitchen towel.
STEP 8/13
Prepare 3 handfuls of rice cake soup, 2 slices of fish cake, 1 root of green onion, and 3 handfuls of rice cake soup instead of rice cake soup.
STEP 9/13
Add red pepper paste 2, red pepper powder 1, soy sauce 0.5, minced garlic 0.5, starch syrup 1, sugar 0.5, sesame oil 0.3, and a little bit of sesame salt and mix well to make the sauce.
STEP 10/13
Put 5 anchovies for soup and 1 kelp 10cm into 5 cups of water, and when it boils, take out the kelp, boil it for 5 more minutes, and then take out the anchovies to make kelp broth
STEP 11/13
Mix the sauce in the anchovy broth
STEP 12/13
Add rice cake and fish cake and boil it for 5 minutes on high heat. If you like the soup, boil it for 5 minutes. If you like the dry and thick sauce, you can boil it more.
STEP 13/13
Lastly, add the green onions and boil slightly before finishing.
