STEP 1/10
I made rice by mixing regular rice and soft brown rice in a 3:1 ratio When you make rice balls, you make rice with 100% brown rice, so the rice balls don't stick well because of the lack of adhesion to each other, so it's better to mix them with regular rice~~
STEP 2/10
Remove rice from a bowl, add sesame salt and sesame oil, mix well, and cool down~~
I didn't season it with salt because there's going to be tuna sauce^^
STEP 3/10
Place tuna can without oil in pan and add all seasoning ingredients~~
STEP 4/10
Stir-fry the ingredients over medium heat so that they blend well. It's good to stir-fry them so that there's no moisture^^
STEP 5/10
I made rice balls using paper cups~~
Cut the bottom of the paper cup into a circle with a knife
STEP 6/10
Cut the seasoned laver and put it under the paper cup
Turn the paper cup upside down, press the rice down, and put the tuna filling in the middle
STEP 7/10
Put the rice on top and press it down with a spoon
If you lift up the paper cup a little bit, the round shape will come out pretty~~^^
STEP 8/10
Cover the top with seasoned laver and press the top, bottom, and sides thoroughly~~
STEP 9/10
Even if it's not that hard, the seaweed sticks to the rice, so the rice ball is completed~~LOL
STEP 10/10
It's a tuna rice ball that's pretty big than it looks It's also thick in height^^
