Dried slices of daikon
I made Ograkji, a winter side dish made of dried radish. Leave some seasoning for kimchi and make it in 10 minutes!! I like the texture of dried daikon that you can chew~~

  • Kimchi seasoning

  • anchovy broth
    1cup
  • Korean style soy sauce
    1TS
  • All-around soy sauce
    1TS
  • salted anchovies

  • grain syrup
    suitably
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Rinse the dried daikon and pepper leaves in water and soak them for about 5 minutes.
If you soak the dried radish for too long, it tastes bland~ Rinse it once like washing it in cold water and soak it in water for about 5 minutes. Instead, make the seasoning soup a little enough to soak the ingredients so that you can soak it for a second time. That way, you can bring out the unique taste of radish.
STEP 2/5
1 cup of anchovy broth, 1T of homemade soy sauce, 1T of handmade soy sauce, 3-4T of radish syrup, 1T of anchovy sauce, and 1T of anchovy sauce
STEP 3/5
Pour lukewarm broth #2 into the dried radish and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
STEP 4/5
Add the kimchi seasoning and mix and press hard. Leave it at room temperature for about an hour. Dried radish eats the seasoning and melts smoothly.
STEP 5/5
Repeat folding and unfolding with your hands to check that the seasoning has permeated well, put it in a container and put it in the refrigerator.
