Rinse the dried daikon and pepper leaves in water and soak them for about 5 minutes.
If you soak the dried radish for too long, it tastes bland~ Rinse it once like washing it in cold water and soak it in water for about 5 minutes. Instead, make the seasoning soup a little enough to soak the ingredients so that you can soak it for a second time. That way, you can bring out the unique taste of radish.
