Nuts and shecho collet
I cut various nuts in moderation and harden them with dark chocolate. The crunchy taste is quite addictive.

Ingredients
  • Dark chocolate
    100g
  • Nuts
    70g
  • a chocolate pen
    little
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
It's good to grill nuts slightly in the oven.
STEP 2/8
Cut the nuts into slightly elongated shapes, not too small.
STEP 3/8
Add nuts to the tempered dark chocolate.
STEP 4/8
Mix it all together
STEP 5/8
Place it in the middle so that it doesn't spread with a teaspoon on top of the coated vinyl. If you put it in a lot, the chocolate is warm, so it spreads to the side, so it's good to put it in a little bit and put it on top of it. Send it to the refrigerator and harden it for a while
STEP 6/8
Double the remaining dark chocolate and put the hardened chocolate back in and coat it again.
STEP 7/8
So, this is a thick layer of chocolate, and it becomes a nut Rocher chocolate. I'm going back to the fridge. If you harden it for about an hour, it will harden.
STEP 8/8
When it's all hardened, soak the pink chocolate pen in a cup of warm water for a while, dissolve the chocolate liquid, and draw a zigzag line like this.
