STEP 2/6
To make raw vegetables, we need to pickle radish first Pickle enough radish to make raw vegetables, gently turning it with salt. Stir-fry the radish greens while the radish is pickled.
STEP 3/6
Put the radish in a pan, stir-fry it with perilla oil, season it with salt, pour a little water, and cover it with a lid. Cover and cook, and open the lid when the color of the radish becomes transparent. Sprinkle sesame salt here and stir-fry it again. Radish greens are not delicious without any soup, so stir-fry them until there is a little bit of radish juice left.
I also add ground garlic, green onions, and chives, but I prefer to just stir-fry radish greens. When you add something else, it tastes a bit bitter, so it's cleaner to just stir-fry the radish. Like this, radish greens are complete. It's very simple. The radish greens are complete.
