In a heated pan, add half a spoon of cooking oil and sesame oil together, add drained bean sprouts, and stir-fry with chopsticks over medium-low heat.

When the bean sprouts are cooked, add 4cm long chopped chives, stir-fry them a little more, turn off the heat, and cool them down.

Add a little bit of salt, 1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 1/2 tablespoon of sesame salt and mix them by hand.
