Cook sweet potatoes in the microwave for about 7 minutes and mash them with a spoon when they are hot. You don't have to mash it finely, but you can roughly crush it.
It's more delicious because the sweet potato grains are stuck in the batter^^

I put lukewarm milk in the baking machine first, powder (thin flour, glutinous rice flour, sugar, salt, yeast), and steamed sweet potatoes.
The first fermentation is completed in an hour and a half after the dough is finished.

After the fermentation, knead the dough to remove the gas, put plastic gloves on your hands, grease the gloves, and remove the dough appropriately and add ingredients for hotteok.
