Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Add a little salt to boiling water and add washed chrysanthemum to blanch it like a faint. I parboiled it for about 3 minutes, marched in cold water, and hung it on the tray to dry it. Dry it in half-shade and rummage it occasionally.
STEP 2/5
Steaming in a steamer - Wash chrysanthemum flowers in 1% salt water and steam them in a steaming steamer for 2 minutes. Spread it out in the shade of a well-ventilated class and dry it.
STEP 3/5
The dead chrysanthemum is being dried.
STEP 4/5
a fully dried chrysanthemum

My own tip for enjoying chrysanthemum tea deliciously, pick very small leaves one by one, put them in the cooking, put them in a steaming steamer, and hang them on a cotton cloth to dry. The leaves are so small that if you float one in the chrysanthemum tea, it goes well with the yellow chrysanthemum, looks good, and tastes good. Usually, you don't use leaves, but try to prepare a small leaf. It's my own fun way to drink chrysanthemum tea.
How to store your car Store well-dried chrysanthemums in an airtight container in a freezer or refrigerator. I just leave it indoors, and I always look at the car and check it, so I don't let it go bad, but if you want to leave it until next year, it's better to leave it a little and keep the rest frozen.
