STEP 1/4
Cactel shrimp has been completely removed from the intestines, so it's easy to take care of if you take off the tail. It's self-cooked, so it's all cooked. It's more convenient than frozen shrimp because you can melt the frozen shrimp and cook it right away. If you turn the shrimp meat in the hand blender for a while, it grinds quickly and smoothly. I put eggs, onions, bread crumbs, flour, and salt in it and knead them together.

Six pieces of oil were put in a round pan and cooked until golden brown. After baking and cooling the morning bread, the center of the bread was split in half, leaving the end, and 3Ts of mayonnaise, 2Ts of honey mustard sauce, and 1Ts of whole grain mustard were mixed in a bowl and spread evenly on top and bottom of the bread.

Put lettuce and chicory on the bread with sauce, put grilled shrimp patty, and finally put pickles and tomatoes on it. Isn't it too easy? To eat it with fruit, you cut the tomato in half and put the fruit in small pieces.

I put the remaining sauce on the plate in a disposable piping bag and sprinkled it lightly on the surface of the shrimp burger. One meal is enough. I'm so full even if I eat two. The shrimp burger goes over smoothly. The unique smell of shrimp was also good. It wasn't greasy. Especially, the pungent mustard sauce goes well with the shrimp burger. Usually, beef burgers are served with teriyaki sauce, but I think mustard sauce goes well with shrimp burgers.
