Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Add black beans and loess sweet potatoes to brown rice and cook rice with moxibustion.
STEP 2/6
Add the peeled beans, half a cup of water, 2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce, and 1/2 tablespoon of citron syrup and cook slowly. When the beans are cooked, add half a tablespoon of enzymes and finish.

Parboil the windbreak vegetables and the red pepper at home together.
