Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Trim broccoli, add some salt to boiling water, blanch for about 30 seconds, rinse in cold water, and prepare.

Chop the onions finely, slice the potatoes thinly and drain.

Put butter in a pan and stir-fry broccoli, onions, and potatoes over high heat
