Carbonara tteokbokki
I added the rich flavor with Parmesan cheese and also added broccoli. It's very simple and easy to eat. I strongly recommend this when I want greasy tteokbokki rather than red tteokbokki!!

  • Broccoli

  • Whipping cream
  • Milk
    100ml
  • Parmesan cheese powder
  • onion

  • ground pepper

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
I made it with rice cake with holes from Songhak Foods. Soak the rice cake for about 30 minutes.
STEP 2/8
Please cut the broccoli in half size.
STEP 3/8
Please cut half of the onion.
STEP 4/8
Add olive oil or oil and stir-fry slightly.
STEP 5/8
Add 220ml of whipped cream to lightly stir-fry.
Add about 100ml of milk.
STEP 6/8
Drain the soaked rice cake and put it in.
STEP 7/8
Stir well, then season with salt and pepper and continue to stir. I wanted to eat something seasoned like Ashley Tteokbokki, so I put in two and a half teaspoon of salt.
When somewhat thickened, sprinkle with parmesan powder to add flavor. The more you want, the more you add.
STEP 8/8
It becomes thick and if you add a beige color, it's done!!
