Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Peel the lotus root and cut it into 0.3cm thick pieces. They also prepared nuts and dried fruits.

Blanch lotus roots in boiling water. If you like crunchy texture, parboil it for 1-2 minutes.. If you like the slightly cooked feeling, blanch it for about 3 minutes. Decide on the degree of crunch as you taste it.

Mix all ingredients evenly except black sesame and sesame seeds. If you like sweet things, you can add more honey. You have to season the salt a little bit to season it well.

You can use commercial lemon juice, but please squeeze the real lemon and put it in.
