In a bowl, gently beat the butter at room temperature, then whisk enough sugar and honey to cream. Add eggs 3 to 4 times and mix thoroughly each time to prevent separation.

Place the dough in a pound mold, and draw deep in the middle. If you do this, the dough pops out in the middle and makes a pretty shape.
Prepare butter at room temperature in a soft state. Leave eggs and milk at room temperature in advance to cool off. Mix the flour and baking powder and sift it down three times.
