STEP 1/13
First, make bread dough.
Place lukewarm milk in a dough bowl and add powders (strong flour, sugar, salt, dry yeast). I kneaded it for about 15 minutes, and I put the dough together for the first fermentation I used Styrofoam box for fermentation and I did it for about 40 minutes
STEP 2/13
During the first fermentation, you have to make fillings for the bread
First... Chop the walnuts into big pieces and prepare them
STEP 3/13
Put the cream cheese in a bowl and mix the chopped walnuts and sugar to make a filling
STEP 4/13
If the dough that has completed the first fermentation is well swollen, knead it, remove the gas, and divide it into three parts to make it round
STEP 5/13
Cover it with wet cotton cloth or plastic and ferment it for medium fermentation I covered it with a dough ball
STEP 6/13
The dough that's been fermented in the middle.. Use a rolling pin one at a time and spread it out in a 30cm length
STEP 7/13
And leave the edges of the dough and apply the fillings that you made
STEP 8/13
Roll the dough as if it's kimbap.. I'm going to pinch the ends so that they don't come loose
STEP 9/13
And like a bagel, connect the ends in a circle. I gave about six scissors and got it molded like this way~~
STEP 10/13
The second fermentation was done in the oven for about 40 minutes
STEP 11/13
On top of the dough after the second fermentation.. Apply egg water or milk. If you mix egg yolk and water, you can eat pretty bread that has a glossy texture
STEP 12/13
Lastly, sprinkle almond slices on the top.
STEP 13/13
Bake in a preheated 180 degrees oven for about 20 minutes to complete.
