Broccoli is sliced and blanched blue in boiling water (salt)

Immediately following the water, parboil the pine mushrooms and prepare them.

Cut the tomatoes into ten cubes, dunk them in boiling water, scoop them out, peel them, and slice them finely on a cutting board.

Chop the beef into small pieces and season it (pepper powder, sesame oil, minced garlic, white wine, soy sauce, sugar).
