Cooking Steps

Cut all ingredients into bite-size pieces.

Pickle it with salt.

After about 30 minutes of pickling, water comes out of fruits and vegetables and starts to die.

Pour in bottled water if you think the fruits and vegetables are pickled. If the seasoning is strong, increase the amount of bottled water a little, and if the seasoning is weak, add a little more salt.

Water kimchi is complete! There's blueberry, so I put it in together.
I didn't put chili powder in it, but I made clean water kimchi, If you put pepper powder in the gauze and shake it gently, red pepper comes out and becomes spicy water kimchi.
