Put a little water in a microwave bowl and turn the lid on for 10 to 12 minutes to cook sweet potatoes well. After cooling it a little, cut it in half, leave the skin thick and scoop out the flesh. (If the skin is thin, it will tear easily later, so leave the skin thick.)

Add the sweet potato flesh, sugar, butter, and cream cheese, mix well, and place in the sweet potato peel with a spun. The center is convex, so it's pretty to put it up.

Then, use a brush to spread the egg yolk. If you apply a lot from the beginning, the eggs will drip down. If you apply it lightly at first, dry it slightly, and apply it several times again, the yolk won't flow down and the color will be yellow. I baked it for 17 minutes in a 200 degree convection oven. Increase or decrease the time depending on the type of oven. It will be cooked well if you open it while baking and change the position of the pan back and forth.
