STEP 1/3
I'm going to use two methods today, so I cut the branches in two ways. Cut one into four equal lengths of bacon. Slice the other thinly using a filler.
STEP 2/3
Add the cut eggplant to the bacon and roll. Place bacon on a slice of eggplant and roll. The rolled bacon sticks to each other and doesn't need a fixture, but fix the sliced eggplant with a skewer.
STEP 3/3
Place bacon drippings in a heated frying pan. Reduce heat to medium and cook until golden brown. If there is a band inside the outer shell, the eggplant is all cooked.
