Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Chop the chives, please. Soak cocktail shrimp in water and thaw and drain. I'd like three eggs, too.

Season the beaten eggs with a little parsley powder and herb salt.
STEP 3/8
Make scrambled eggs in a heated pan with a little oil. You can quickly stir it over medium heat.

Melt some butter in the pan.
STEP 6/8
Season the thawed and drained cocktail shrimp with a little herb salt and parsley powder. I quickly stir-fried the shrimp over high heat.

When the shrimp is cooked, add scrambled eggs and stir-fry them over high heat. I only seasoned it with herb salt.
STEP 8/8
Add the chopped chives and cook them on very high heat.
